On March 31, 2022, in Ninh Thuan, Ninh Thuan Provincial Police and Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway Joint Stock Company (project enterprise) signed a Regulation on coordination to ensure public order and security, serving the construction of Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway project.

The coordination regulation aims to improve the prevention, detection, containment and fight against violations affecting the project implementation process. The police of Ninh Thuan province and the project enterprise jointly develop a plan to coordinate periodic inspections to grasp the security and order situation inside and outside the construction site, thereby proposing a plan for coordination in the work of ensuring security and safety for the project.

According to this regulation, Ninh Thuan Provincial Police will regularly inform the company about common methods and tricks of crimes that often encounted in the construction process so that the project enterprise can proactively take preventive measures.

The Provincial Police will also arrange forces and means to ensure security, traffic order and safety during the transportation, installation and construction of the Project. At the same time, the police of Ninh Thuan province will coordinate with the company to inspect the work of ensuring fire prevention and fighting safety, organize professional training for the security force and the force to ensure labor safety of the company.

Monthly or irregularly, the parties hold meetings to evaluate the implementation of the regulations and resolve issues related to the project.
