On August 21st, 2019, Deo Ca road tunnel management and operation facility had organized 2-year anniversary of Deo Ca road tunnel operation. Participants of the anniversary including representatives of local leaders in project area in Phu Yen Province and Khanh Hoa Province, representative for Senior Advisor of the Group and Deo Ca Group leaders in Middle of Vietnam region.
2-year anniversary of Deo Ca road tunnel operation
Deo Ca road tunnel management and operation facility shared, in 2 years, Deo Ca road tunnel had ensured 4,208,792 vehicle passes through the tunnel safely, averagely 5,765 vehicles/day. Until now, Deo Ca tunnel management and operation had not occurred any accident, ensured vehicles to pass tunnel safely and thoroughly.
Deo Ca road tunnel project was implemented on November 18th, 2012, including: Co Ma Tunnel (500m), Deo Ca tunnel (4,125m) and route (8,565m). After 4 years of constructing tirelessly to overcome many challenges, on August 21st, 2017 marking historical highlight of the Group, when construction was put into operation prior to the term 04 months.
Road tunnel through Deo Ca project is the most complex construction until now in South Central region, implemented by domestic corporations, contractors on the basis of modern technology, technique of the world
Giving award for individual with outstanding achievement in management and operation work
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc had directly inspected and evaluated, Deo Ca road tunnel is a national key project, with great importance in connecting transportation. “I am very proud, since it is tunnel construction implemented by Vietnamese, undertaking huge project with complex nature has shown outstanding development of domestic investors, contractors, in particular team of technical workers, staff, engineers, construction superintendents, …” implied by the Prime Minister.
For Phu Yen people, they are even prouder, since it is implemented and constructed by a son of this land.
Giving award for collective with outstanding achievement in management and operation works
After putting Deo Ca road tunnel into operation, time passing through tunnel had reduced 45 minutes of mountain pass to 10 minutes of tunnel pass, resolved thoroughly and removed spots that usually have traffic accidents, traffic jams. Deo Ca tunnel also create an important connection between the Southeast focal economic zone, created a leverage for industry, service, tourism in Middle of Vietnam Coast, motivated economic – social development, ensured security – national defense for Middle region of Vietnam – Tay Nguyen.
In addition to operation works, Deo Ca tunnel management and operation facility was also attending to guarantee scenery in management areas, taking care, planting additional trees to create green, clean and beautiful scenery, practiced physical exercises to improve work performance.
In 2-year anniversary of construction operation, Deo Ca transport infrastructure investment Joint Stock Company also decided to award Electrical net – Air ventilation Operation collective and individuals under Deo Ca road tunnel management and operation facility has successful achievements in management and operation works.
