The Ministry of Transport has just issued a decision approving the results of contractor selection for package XL01, section from Km380+000 to Km389+900 (including surveying and construction drawing design) of Nghi Son - Dien Chau Investment construction project, under the Project to build several section of North-South expressway on the East in the period 2017 - 2020.
Accordingly, the winning consortium is Deo Ca Group, Deo Ca Construction Joint Stock Company and Son Hai Group. The value of the XL01 package is more than 1,158 billion VND from the state budget capital, implement time is 24 months. This is the first of four construction and installation packages of the North - South expressway component projec, section Nghi Son - Dien Chau to complete contractor selection.
Previously, Deo Ca's consortium was the only contractor that passed the technical evaluation, and then allowed to open financial proposal. As planned, in June 2021, the Ministry of Transport will organize the groundbreaking for the first bidding packages of Nghi Son - Dien Chau Project.

| The North - South expressway component project, section Nghi Son - Dien Chau has 50 km long, passing through Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces. In the final completion phase, the expressway has 6 lanes, 32.25m wide of roadbed, design speed of 100-120km/h. In the current phase, the project is invested with the scale of 4 lanes, 17m wide, design speed is 80km/h. The project is invested in the form of public investment, using state budget capital with a total investment of 7,293.2 billion VND. |
