The speech of Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, the Chairman of Deo Ca Group about “the intelligent governance model of Deo Ca Group” at the national scientific conference organized by the University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU – UEB) was summarized and introduced in the book "Intelligent Administration in the complex global environment in theory and practice" by Publishing House of Vietnam National University, Hanoi. This book was written and co-edited by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Hai - Director of the Institute of Business Administration, VNU - UEB and Dr. Luu Thi Minh Ngoc - Head of Human Resource Management, Institute of Business Administration, VNU - UEB.

This book is a collection of 32 articles with diverse contents on three main topics: Administration methods; Intelligent administration tools; Intelligent administrator.

The Editorial Board hopes that the initial results of intelligent administration will create more in-depth research directions and concurrently create a premise for the Institute of Business Administration to research into the top-notch knowledge, which can help managers or organizations/enterprises to have solid scientific grounds for policymaking as well as operating in a complex global world.
