On 29, 30, 31 October 2019, Leonhardt Group, Andrä und Partner from the Federal Republic of Germany were present in Cao Bang to conduct research surveys and have a meeting with the Board of Directos (BOD) of Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway project.

At the meeting on October 1, 2019, the BOD asked Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee to agree with A2Z consultant to invite foreign consultants to coordinate the construction of architectural and landscape plans for a number of route, especially at the locations of tunnels and bridges with high pillars crossing the valley to create a highlight for the entire highway as well as the locality.

Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh presented Mr. Michael Muller the Tinh guitar on the occasion of Leonat Group, Andrä und Partner to Cao Bang.

The delegation studied the field in 2 days, 30, 31/10, which surveyed all bridges / tunnels along the route based on the selected plan, learning about the local culture of Cao Bang province.

At the meeting, Leonhardt Group, Andrä und Partner introduced the ability to perform bridge constructions and proposed some samples of bridges built on Tra Linh - Dong Dang highway.
