On September 4, 2020, Deo Ca Group completed the testing and training program for all drivers in the whole system. This program began in the middle of August, 2020, and was carried out in three regions North - Central - South of the country.

The training course was directly taken by Colonel Nguyen Van Chinh - Former Deputy Head of Traffic Police Department of People's Police College 1 - Ministry of Public Security and Dr. Nguyen Van Sang - Deputy General Director of Deo Ca Group.

In the course, the drivers of Group are trained in both theory and practice, improving knowledge of Road Traffic Law, driving techniques, transport operations, driving ethics and soft skills. At the same time, in order to meet the set objectives, the driving tests are in the form of both multiple-choice tests and practical case exercises to ensure the full content of knowledge of the Road Traffic Law, knowledge of vehicle management, maintenance and repair as well as soft skills.

The goal of the program is to consolidate the driving team of the Group; systematize legal knowledge on traffic safety, technical knowledge and skills to handle situations on the road; fostering and improving ethics and behavioral culture for drivers when participating in traffic in accordance with the law of the State and the Group culture. Through the training program, the drivers have the opportunity to exchange practical experiences with each other, have the opportunity to learn about the ideology, management tools of the Chairman of the Board of Management applied in the Group system.
