On February 15, 2020, at Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway Project Management (Huu Lung District, Lang Son Province), Deo Ca Group carried out a training program to enhance behavioral and question & anwser (Q & A) skills, corporate culture, communication skills and toll collection techniques for more than 40 managers and employees in order to best prepare for the toll rate adjustment of the National Highway 1 component at The toll station Km93 + 160 and organize the tolls collection for The Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway.

Accordingly, the Q&A set which revolves around the issue of toll collection was supplemented for managers and employees from which to answer questions from people, drivers (if any) to a proper understanding on this issue.
Previously, Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Company (BGLS-HN BOT ., JSC) recruited and trained 62 from 150 candidates in this 2nd recruitment. The training program helps trainees thoroughly grasp the corporate culture, communication skills, customer service and professional skills in the operation of toll collection. After theoretical training, trained candidates will practice directly at the toll booth to learn experience and perfect their skills before the toll operation officially starting.
The trainees were introduced and discussed about corporate culture and roles, functions, behavioral skills. Besides, they were instructed professional skills on toll collection by Dr. Nguyen Van Sang, DCG Deputy General Director and Mr. Hoang Phung Bao, Head of IT Department have directly taken the class.
In fact, the Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway has been operated in the arterial national traffic since January 15, 2019. After over a month of free operation for more than absolutely safe 300,000 turns.
The expressway will officially collect fees from 0:00 A.M on February 18, 2020. Along with improving knowledge and skills for toll collection, the preparation for the official operation the Company and localities in Bac Giang and Lang Son has been ready to welcome the first turns.
