On July 23, 2022, the People's Committee of Phu Hoa district (Phu Yen province) broke ground the project of upgrading and repairing the Memorial Hall of Martyrs – Former Secretary of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee Tran Hao. The project is funded by Deo Ca Group.

Attending this ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Internal Affairs, local leaders and leaders of Deo Ca Group.
Memorial Hall of Martyr - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Hao is an important work to to honor and appreciate his contribution in the historical process of the struggle for independence of Phu Yen.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang shared: “Deo Ca Group is an enterprise formed and developed from Phu Yen province. With the desire to contribute to the development of the homeland, Deo Ca Group is honored to fund to upgrade and repair this memorial hall. I hope that this will be a project that brings a lot of cultural beauty and reminds the young generation to be grateful for the great merits of their ancestors who sacrificed their blood to preserve the independence for the country”.
Vice Chairman Vo Thuy Linh on behalf of Deo Ca Group awarded funds to upgrade and repair Martyr Tran Hao’s Memorial Hall.
The memorial house for Martyr Tran Hao is located in Nho Lam village, Hoa Quang Nam commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province and was built in 1990. Over a long time, now the work items have been degraded, affecting the general beauty and potentially causing unsafety. The District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Phu Hoa district have agreed on the policy and implemented the upgrading and repairing the Martyr - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Hao’s memorial house.
Mr. Le Ngoc Tinh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Hoa district thanked Deo Ca Group for funding to rebuild the memorial house, and wished that in the future, Deo Ca would continue to accompany the district to implement social activities…
The delegation offered incense at the Temple of the Luong Van Chanh
On the same day, the delegation also visited Phu Yen Martyrs Cemetery on Ngo Gia Tu Street, Phu Thach, Tuy Hoa city and offering incense at the Temple of businessman Luong Van Chanh in Long Phung village, Hoa Tri commune, Phu Hoa district.
