On September 15, 2023, in Ninh Thuan, some musicians visited the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao project site and interacted with the DEOCA Group.

DEOCA people and a group of musicians visit the Nui Vung tunnel

The visit to the construction site gave the musicians a memorable experience. The musicians witnessed the project site and the staff's accommodation. Next, at the exchange, DEOCA introduced its activities, core values, strategies, goals, and corporate culture... In particular, the Group's songs and shares about the founding process. The career and daily life stories of Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of DEOCA Group, brought many emotions to the musicians.

Musician Minh Nhien: "After visiting the DEOCA construction project and exchanging and sharing about the formation and development process of the Group. I wonder why an ordinary person has excellent aspirations and can accomplish extraordinary things."

Musician Nguyen Quang Vinh - Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Music Association: "Using songs to describe and clarify business problems is something that few units can do, mostly in general terms. Through direct observation and sharing of DEOCA, I realized the humanity of the Group in many aspects. These are beautiful features that can be exploited into songs."

Musician Nguyen Van Chung: "I have cooperated in writing songs for many other businesses, but this is the first time I feel the most clearly about a Group. Going directly to construction sites and hearing DEOCA people talk about the Group's culture is an exceptional experience. Truly admire Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - who raised his ambition since he was young to lead a corporation of 6,000 workers. Besides that, there is diligence, perseverance, and using music as a management tool."

Musician Pham Hong Bien: "I am honored to be the arranger for the song "Desire for Cuu Long Giang", written about the Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway. I have also passed this road many times. This straight road through the fields of the Mekong Delta is wonderful. When my relatives returned from abroad, I also took them through this road and proudly introduced it as a road made by Vietnamese people. Thank you, DEOCA and the people who have created beautiful roads for the country."

Musician Hoai Phuc: "Listening to DEOCA's songs, strangely, I feel sympathy, feeling like I am a member of the Group. When I went to the construction site, went through the Nui Vung tunnel, and visited the accommodation of engineers and workers, partly seeing the staff's lives, I was touched. Paying tribute to those on the front line at the construction site is a very "beautiful" topic to write about."

After the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao project visit, the Group of musicians will continue to visit other works and projects implemented by DEOCA. From there, musicians will have more material and inspiration to contribute to the treasure of songs about DEOCA, particularly the transport infrastructure construction industry in general.
