On October 25, 2020, on a business trip in Cao Bang, Chairman Ho Minh Hoang visited the staff of Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway toll station. He has directly checked the staff’s working conditions and accommodation and had lunch with the staff here.

During the meal, the leader of Deo Ca Group shared some information about the Group's operations and encouraged the employees to continue promoting and always complete their work well. Mr. Ho Minh Hoang listened to the opinions and wishes of each employee at the toll booth.

The Chairman of the Group openly shared: “Currently, we have had nice expressway but the traffic flow is still low, affecting of staff’s income. The Group always takes care of the life of each employee and will adjust the income regime appropriately with the dedication of employees to the company”.

The toll station staff expressed their honor and excitement to talk to their “boss” and were completely surprised by the visit and the intimacy and affection of the Chairman”.

Previously, on the evening of October 19, 2020, after inspecting the construction of Hai Van 2 tunnel, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang had dinner at the kitchen of Hai Van Tunnel Project Management Board. On the 90th anniversary of Vietnam Women's Union, he sent congratulation to all female employees from office workers to kitchen staff.

Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Thuy, who has been the main cook of Hai Van PMU for many years, was very surprised and touched when she was invited to receive gifts from the Chairman of the Group. “I am very surprised, touched and it will be the most memorable thing in my working life”, Ms. Thuy said.
