The Year of the Pig - 2019 has recorded the relentless efforts of the whole Group. Towards the New Spring - 2020 with strong aspiration, many members of the system have shared their thought and also appologies to the head of the Group when they have not well-done their works.

We would like to introduce some excerpts in a lot of that sharings.

“Over the past few days, I have received great and unexpected surprises from the Chairman: The “Golden Mouse” statue, stocks and cash. Until now, the last working afternoon of the Year of the Pig, I give my thanks to Chairman. I am now able to relax for a while after me and my beloved brothers in finance and accounting department along with the management board completed the mission of ensuring financial resources for the companies in the system, serving disbursement, salaries payment and bonuses, debts as well as for other activities after the Lunar New Year.

Dear Chairman!

Actually, I can say nothing but thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to develop, giving me income and a workplace that is not easy to find in Vietnam right now. It’s your scolding you gave me in your house two years ago has motivated me to improve and perfect myself in work. I know I still have a lot of limitations that need remedies and unavoidable shortcomings in work, but thanks to the support of members in the Group, especially the effective management tools such as "the three-person story", "imperfect couple",... have counter my weaknesses so that I could get the job done as best I could. I promise that will try to do my best, put the responsibility to the organization first, contribute to bringing Deo Ca increasingly developing and reaching out. We wish the Chairman and his family a new year of health, happiness and success. We wish you - our leader forever elegant and impeccable”.

“I would like to thank the Chairman for giving me the “Golden mouse” statue. Truly this is a surprise reward for me. I really didn't think of this honor before, until I saw my name standing with other veteran and excellent seniors.

I had my second year at Deo Ca, got used to the Deo Ca breath, understood more about Deo Ca culture and the system.

2019 is an eventful and relentless working year of the whole system as well as Communications Board. I experienced the high pressure on the eve of raising Deo Ca charge, collecting Cu Mong fee, the stressful time during the “car counting” in Ninh Loc, and in turn, some newspapers tried to distort Bac Giang - Lang Son project ... sometimes I feel tired though.

But then, also in 2019, the Group promoted the Restructuring, especially the training programs. Every time so I found myself a back seat to record, take notes and realize that Chairman is a person with many extraordinary and especial abilities. But that extraordinary and especial abilities brings work efficiency, as the Chairman often says is to create real value. Additionally, the emails sent at 0am, 2am, 5am of Chairman… Just like that, for the past 365 days, like an energy-rich and accurate machine. All motivated me to make more efforts and to study more useful things to supplement my knowledge and life skills.

2020 is another year of work for the Group. For example when we listed on the stock exchange, controlling information is not merely mechanical, but we have to thouroughly understand and quickly adapt.

I promise the Chairman of always working hard, learning incessantly and always being "honest" (the word Chairman emailed me last year). I will strive to receive all of yearly symbol!

On the threshold of the new spring, I wish you and your family health, happiness, leading the system in easy and Deo Ca will continue to create truly valuable works to society.”

Dear Chairman Ho Minh Hoang,

“I myself manage nearly 200 employees but has not conveyed the management perspective of the leadership to build the corporate culture that the Chairman has worked so hard to create.

When Chairman asked about me, I was startled because your message was very clear: “I know a lot about you and see you as my brothers” (even though I’m only a middle manager of a nearly 5000 personnel organization). I realized that it was my own omission, no matter how well I complete my professional work, it cannot be taken as an excuse. As the Deputy Director of the Enterprise, I have neglected to build corporate culture as well as inspire, disseminate the "grateful" culture foundation for subordinates.

This is a very serious mistake and I will accept all forms of discipline from Chairman and Group. I hope Chairman will give me an opportunity, I promise to focus on training and inspiring all of the employees at the Operating factory and toll booths. I commit to do my every effort to make 100% of the employees here understand the management perspective and cultural foundations as well as be imbued the core values of the organization. Once again I'm sorry Chairman and very embarrassed about this.
