On January 24, 2021, the Chairman of Deo Ca Group had a meeting and chat with 14 typical individuals in 2021 by face-to-face and online form.

Attending the meeting were members of the Advisory Council, members of the Board of Directors, and the Executive Board. In particular, this conversation also had the presence of Editor-in-Chief of Traffic Newspaper Nguyen Ba Kien.

Ms. Dinh Thi Minh, a housekeeping staff, who has been with Deo Ca Group for nearly 7 years, expressed: “I am very honored to represent the housekeeping department as the typical employee of the Group in 2021. My job is to clean the office, the environment and the people here make me want to stay for a long time. I'm just a janitor, but Deo Ca's ideology and culture is really instilled in me, because the culture here is not dry in books, it's in the main songs that the Chairman wrote lyrics and I heard it daily. I am very happy to make a small contribution to the civility and courtesy of the office in Hanoi.”

“Besides the professionalism while working of the Deo Ca people, I cannot forget the discipline, the coordination of the system, the clear division of tasks from the Board of Directors to the site management, the coordinating work smoothly, helping each other in work like this, I think, very few other organizations can do it” said Mr. Hoa.

In addition to confiding and reviewing working memories, Mr. Cao Van Hoa also has some lessons learned about establishing contractor capacity right from the time of project participation, from controlling cash flow to human resources and equipment, not letting the subcontractor's capacity affect the Group's reputation and brand.

At the office block, Ms. Phan Thi Mai, an expert from the Internal Control Department, raised the issue of human resource training as well as the issuance of regulations when employees leave the organization after being trained. Although there are certain legal constraints, but still have not met the requirements and expectations that the Group's leaders are aiming for, the legal department thinks that they will learn from experience and review rules and regulations to make the implementation clearer.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan, DCIC Investment Planning and Investment Office Specialist, reviewed his memories of becoming "Deo Ca people": “The most unforgettable impression when working here is the legal settlement of some projects that the Group "rescued". Deo Ca is the unit that rescues abandoned projects, projects that investors cannot continue to implement, projects that Deo Ca undertake mainly fall into the "unprecedented" case in the corridor.

Therefore, the professional department of Deo Ca actively proposed the specialized management agency to propose a solution, assigning many people to allocate and handle. As a result, the project settlement has been significantly improved.”

14 typical personnel are officials and employees at all levels representing the office blocks, construction sites, management, exploitation and operation, housekeeping... This is the annual meeting between the top leaders with employees in the system. Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said: "Through stories is an opportunity for leaders to grasp the lives, thoughts and aspirations of workers at all levels".
