On September 12, 2022, on the email system and website of Deo Ca Group, the Group's Trade Union launched the contest "Deo Ca & Family in my heart".

The contest is an interesting activity for the children of officials and employees working at Deo Ca Group. It is a place for children to share their understanding and pride in their parents' work, strengthen the spirit of cohesion in each family, and spread the culture of the Deo Ca people. In addition, the contest demonstrates the companionship and support of the Trade Union and the Group's leaders for the families of employees throughout the system.

According to the organizing plan, the content is prioritized for creativity when there is no specific limitation on the form of the entries. It can be presented in many different ways such as prose, poetry, painting, music, etc. Each work submitted by children of officials and employees reflects their understanding about Deo Ca Group, the daily work of their parents; joy, hardship, thoughts and concerns of parents at work; the pride and wishes of the children about their parents when working at the Group.

Based on the criteria of ideas, content and form of expression, creativity and messages conveyed, the Competition Jury Council will select the best works to award. The prize structure of the contest includes 3 first prizes worth 10 million VND/prize, 6 second prizes worth 5 million VND/prize, 9 third prizes worth 3 million VND/prize and 12 consolation prizes worth 2 million VND/prize. In addition, the winners will receive a certificate of merit from the competition.
