On September 8, 2023, the Communications Department launched the writing contest "DEOCA in me" throughout the DEOCA Group system.
The contest allows employees to showcase their writing skills, covering work, the environment, and the Group's culture, while promoting the system's values and inspiring production competition. It also serves as an opportunity for the Organizing Committee to identify potential writers for further development and promotion.

The contest allows participants to freely write about various aspects of DEOCA Group, including its establishment, development, fields of operation, projects, corporate culture, achievements, contributions to society, and personal experiences. Participants can share their thoughts, feelings, and memorable impressions during their work journey and express their perspectives on the Group, projects, working environment, and colleagues.
Contest entries are evaluated by both the Jury and fanpage voting. The prize structure includes a 10 million VND First Prize, a 5 million VND Second Prize, 3 Third Prizes worth 3 million VND each, 5 Consolation Prizes worth 2 million VND each, and other exciting prizes for individuals and groups. Winners of the First, Second, and Third Prizes will be recognized at the Group's 2023 Year-end Gala.
