As a topic of the internal training program of Deo Ca Group (DCG) held on March 12th, 2019. The training was attended by DCG leaders, senior advisory councils, leaders of companies, guests and officials and staffs from the Northern region.

At present, DCG has become a leading group in the field of transport infrastructure construction, with 21 member units and 5000 employees. With goal of continuing to conquer new challenges and developing sustainable organizations, DCG identifies its shortcomings to overcome through internal training, sharing and guiding the ideological throughout from the most senior leader of of the Group to each member.
From experiences during the process of building and developing of the Group, everyday operations to run Deo Ca apparatus have been utilized by Chairman Ho Minh Hoang.

The four popular everyday operations were reordered by Chairman Ho Minh Hoang, in which; addition of beliefs, intellect, brave as a start-up luggage; multiplication of success, influence and breakthrough of equity source; division of difficulties, challenges, goals, responsibilities, pleasures, successes, interests and relationships; subtraction of temptations, attempts, bad habits and unsuitable factors.
Especially, that theory was successfully composed by Musician Le Bao Long. The music story training program is a way to guide and transmit the Deo Ca’s different and effective theory.
“The first operation is beliefs. We are unable to implement the recent projects without beliefs. Addition of beliefs, courage into human resources; multiplication with my bravery, I may convince my mentors to support me; division of pleasures, benefits, and responsibilities; subtraction of temptation of glory, and temptation of daily life. I choose subtraction for the system restructuring program to eliminate the shortcomings for leading the system toward the destination that is the horizon ahead”, Chairman Ho Minh Hoang said.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang affirmed that “Everyday operations” taking human as a focus point.

Talking about “addition of beliefs”, Dr. Ho Nghia Dung, a former member of the Party Central Committee, former Minister of Ministry of Transport, Chairman of the Senior Advisory Council said: “Everyday operations”, a program makes me surprised. Mr. Ho Minh Hoang led us from one surprise to another.

More than 10 years ago, the implementation of Deo Ca Tunnel was a story of beliefs. For the first time, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang came into my office (then I was the Minister of Ministry of Transport), and set out his intention to implement the Deo Ca Tunnel Project. I realized that it was uneasy for a person who was only 30 years old, dare conquer Deo Ca, it is truly an uneasy. This is an energetic man and I believed in Mr. Ho Minh Hoang’s will. When the Deo Ca Tunnel Project was put into operation, bringing a change to the people in the Central region and the whole country, my belief was put in the proper place”.
Assoc. Prof. Ph.D Tran Chung shared on Deo Ca Culture
Assoc. Prof. Ph.D Tran Chung, the former Director of the State Authority for Construction Quality Inspection (Ministry of Construction), the standing member of the Group’s Senior Advisory Council, shared: “The products of Deo Ca, especially the road tunnel through Ca Pass, without any information and communication for broadcast, however, upon the project put into operation, the product has been recognized by a whole society as a project with practical benefits for the country and people. The training is an opportunity for thinking of our responsibilities which have to always create decent products for society. That is Deo Ca’s culture.”
With the addition, subtraction, multiplication and division operations utilized into the action philosophy of the head of the Group, with things have been done by DCG for the country and society during the past 10 years, it is the addition operation of belief that Deo Ca Group will achieve more success in the future.
