Timely encouragement for front-line employees

On July 7, 2021, Mr. Dang Tien Thang - General Director of Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Joint Stock Company visited, encouraged and gaves 50 million VND to employees of Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway Project Operation and Management Enterprise. This is a gift from the Board of Management (BOM) of Deo Ca Group to the front-line employees.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic situation began to get extremely complicated, the employees working at toll stations of the Project have been at high risk of contracting the Covid-19. Therefore, the Chairman and other leaders of the Group have specially cared about the health of the employees and measures to prevent the Covid-19 at the Enterprise.

Mr. Dang Tien Thang went directly to the toll stations to visit and give 50 million VND to 223 the employees. The present has not only a material value but also a spiritual value because it highly motivate the employees to work with peace of their minds.

Previously, Deo Ca Group contacted local medical facilities, so that all front-line employees working in all projects of the Group had been vaccinated against the Covid-19.

In the visit, on behalf of the BOM, Mr. Dang Tien Thang praised the solidarity and the flexible response to objective difficulties of all employees to initially ensure their own health.

He also asked: “In the future, all employees will have to continue to promote awareness of the Covid-19 prevention and ensure great work efficiency in the new difficult situation. At the same time, leaders of the toll stations and the Enterprise have to arrange backup forces to be ready to provide aid because it is highly probable that the Covid-19 sitiation will get more terible. The ultimate goal is not to let the epidemic negatively impact on the operation of the Enterprise.

It is known that during the spread of the disease, employees were self-isolating at work to minimize infection. In addition, the Board of Management of the Company has arranged for 30% of employees with special circumstances to work from home, 70% of the permanent staff at the station, all employees when working strictly follow the instructions. basic protection regulations, strictly complying with the "5K" rule of the Ministry of Health.

During the Covid-19 days, the employees have been self – isolating, not accessing outsiders to minimize the risk of its spread. They have seriously complied with basic protection regulations and the “5K” rule of the Ministry Health. In addition, leaders of BGLS Company arranged 30% of employees with special circumstances to work from home, the rest to work premanently at workplaces.
