On December 28, 2019, Deo Ca Group's employees gathered in Can Tho city to compete in the " Workers singing " contest.

The competition has attracted hundreds of amateur singers and artists, who are employees from management to workers such as toll collectors, construction workers, drivers,…in the entire Deo Ca Group system. 21 performances have turned the contest into a special color art program.

Not only good at business and production, music and artistic space of this contest has proved the rich spiritual life of Deo Ca people, full of youth enthusiasm.

The participant units have chosen art items which mention the aspirations of the Deo Ca people or the love of their homeland to compete. "Daily life maths", "The spring on the construction site", "Human love", "Aspiration of Deo Ca - Aspiration of Vietnam", "Living like flowers", "Road to glory", "Back to the central region","The country melody",… in the forms of solo, chorus, collective dance, skits, musical films ... has proved that.

The head of jury, composer Le Bao Long commented: "The quality of the vocals this year is better than the previous years. The competition is a very unique art program because the performances were prepared elaborately. At the competition, besides familiar vocalists, this year appeared many new voices that are equally talented as professional singers and artists. At the end of the competition, there was a winning smile, tears of regret, which expressed the enthusiasm and passion for singing of Deo Ca staffs".

The purpose of the "Workers singing" contest is to improve the spiritual life of workers after hard working hours, completing production and business tasks. This is a traditional activity of the Group but it must be said that the organization scale of this year is larger, higher quality, almost companies participated, receiving strong positive responses from the employees. This year, the prize structure is bigger than the last year with the total award up to nearly VND 1 billion.

"Workers singing" is really a festival for the employees of the Group.
