In order to proactively in response to the complicated development of the Covid-19 outbreak, especially to ensure the safety for people and employees of tunnels and tollgates, Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (DII) has heightened the awareness of all employees about implementing solutions to prevent and control epidemics as prescribed.
The firm has equipped with 3 disinfecting sprayers to spray periodically at working offices, operating center and toll stations, arranged tables with disinfectants, set up checkpoints for strict control and check body temperature for employees when get in and out of the workplace.
Especially at the tunnel operation center, requiring specific declaration of the destinations and the itineraries of those who were on leave.
At the toll booths, the operation control factory has sprayed disinfectants regularly, enhanced the hygiene of equipments and tools at the ticket cabins. When changing shifts or interacting with drivers, all employees must wear mask and glove, and often wash their hands with antibacterial water.
Furthermore, more than 10,000 vehicles passing through the tunnel everyday affecting the air with large amounts of dust and reducing visibility, leading to a risk of unsafe traffic. In response to that, the firm have promoted cleaning the tunnel structure, walls of basements, watering the roads, sweeping roads with specialized vehicles to create a clear environment, increasing visibility, reducing the amount of dust and smoke in the tunnels to ensure safety for vehicles through the tunnel.
