On April 13, 2023, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Management, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trang - Standing Advisory Council and leaders of Deo Ca Group inspected the construction work on the Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon expressway.

According to the report, the Project Management Board has mobilized 700 personnel and 195 machines and equipment to deploy 29 construction teams, focusing on implementing critical items such as tunnels No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, Ve River bridge, No. 624 road bridge, the intersections... and some sections that need to be treated for soft soil.

The Chairman asked the Project Management Board to raise awareness of protecting machinery, equipment, and materials gathered at the construction site. “Despite the production optimization and the application of technology in management and execution, it’s difficult to generate profits without the initiative and lack of sense in controlling the implementation. The internal control department and the executive board must consider Deo Ca Security Company as an extension arm, providing effective support in monitoring and protecting the company's assets”, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang emphasized.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trang suggested having the plan to arrange bodyguards, combined with security cameras along the route. "It must be ensured that all materials and equipment entering and leaving the construction are under the control of the responsible person and recorded in the daily log book”, the Standing Advisory Council said.
