On February 8, 2022, Deo Ca Group held a meeting to orientate the work implementation plan for the period of 2022 -2025. This year-round meeting of the whole system was conducted in the form of online from the bridgehead in Da Nang city with the bridge points with offices, field offices of the Group with the participation of the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, Executive Board, Professional Board and all officers - office staff.

Specifically, the goal is to solve unfinished work, improve financial capacity, and strengthen construction and installation capacity on the principle of "three management". Accordingly, completing construction and installation bidding packages and focusing on implementing Cam Lam - Vinh Hao project, preparing to participate in the construction of at least 100km of North - South expressway in the period 2022 - 2025. Along with that, Ca Deo will plan to implement investment projects in Cao Bang, Lam Dong, Lao Cai, Lai Chau..., real estate projects, industrial parks.

Based on the work plan and implementation orientation, the Chairman of Directors assigned the General Directors to chair and the Vice Chairmen of Directors in charge of implementing the detailed outline and implementation plan according to the assigned groups and tasks.
