After being introduced about the capacity of Deo Ca Group through the projects that has been and is about to invest and their experience in handling difficult and complex projects, CN Group expressed their hope to cooperate with Deo Ca Group to implement projects in Vietnam. Accordingly, CN Group proposed Deo Ca Group to provide information about potential projects for CN Group to research the profile as well as the method of cooperation.
On July, 10th 2019, the two parties signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation agreement (MOU). This is the foundation for future contracts in cooperation investment projects between Deo Ca Group and CN Group. According to the content of the memorandum, Deo Ca Group and CN Group will exchange information and introduce cooperation investment opportunities in the spirit of goodwill for each specific project.
