Along with the Government's goal of promoting the construction of transport infrastructure, the demand for human resources in Deo Ca is very large, multi-disciplinary such as design consultancy, construction of bridges and tunnels, engineering, electricity, and economics, finance, accounting, etc. In particular, in 2022, there is a need to recruit about 1,000 new employees to work for the Group.

Mr. Sang said that projects often go through remote places, far from big cities, so it is difficult to attract human resources. However, at Ca Deo, even though the project is built in "4 no's" areas (no roads, no electricity, no water, no internet) the Group still tries to build infrastructure, accommodation for employees to be spacious, fully equipped.

“The job market is always open. The young generation should step out of their comfort zone, build their own desires and ambitions, and bravely commit themselves to contribute and create real values for the homeland”, Dr. Nguyen Van Sang said.
