On May 27, 2020, in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Management of Deo Ca Group received the idea and copyright of Saigon Riverside Boulevard and Saigon New City project from Mr. Dao Hong Tuyen - Chairman of the Board of Management of Tuan Chau Group.

Mr. Dao Hong Tuyen said that the idea of constructing Saigon Riverside Boulevard project and Saigon New City project was researched by him and his colleagues for a long time and the economic experts evaluated that it will make a breakthrough in Ho Chi Minh City infrastructure.

“The project is also pledged by banks, contractors and construction materials suppliers to provide capital and materials with the committed value of over VND 30,000 billion”, Mr. Tuyen said. And he also said that he would like to give the idea of the project for Mr. Ho Minh Hoang is because Deo Ca is a reputable corporation, with experience in deploying big transport infrastructure projects in Vietnam such as Deo Ca Tunnel, Hai Van Tunnel, Trung Luong-My Thuan expressway, Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway, etc, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang himself is a person of enthusiasm, ambition and desire to fulfill long-cherished wish for Mr. Tuyen.

“Handing over this enthusiastic project to Mr. Ho Minh Hoang because I believe in the enthusiastic, highly specialized and aspiring leadership team of Deo Ca Group to successfully carry out the project and revive the west region of Ho Chi Minh City which is full of potential and rich revolutionary traditions”, Mr. Tuyen said.

According to the original design, Saigon Riverside boulevard project comes from Saigon Bridge (Binh Thanh District) to Ben Suc Bridge (Cu Chi District), with a total length of about 64km. Legally, the project has the conclusions of the Permanent Committee of City Party Committee, the Permanent People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on the approval of the policy for Tuan Chau Group to complete the Saigon Riverside Boulevard project and New Saigon project. It was also presented directly to the Prime Minister and received his praise for the thinking breakthrough in transport planning.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said, himself and Deo Ca Group will determine to successfully build the project. Because the project is not only a breakthrough in traffic, shortening the distance between the city center and the Northwest but also a "lever" to develop the rich traditional land Cu Chi and Hoc Mon districts. The project is also an inter-regional bridge between Ho Chi Minh City and Long An, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong provinces, opening a new history for the socio-economic development here.

Also at this meeting, Mr. Dao Hong Tuyen accepted to join the Senior Advisory Council of Deo Ca Group to express the commitment of responsibility, the spirit of development cooperation between the two groups.
