On April 23, 2021, in Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province, Deo Ca Group (DCG) cooperated with thePeople's Committee of Phong Dien and Phong Hien I Kindergarten to hold the groundbreaking ceremony for building two classrooms, whose building fund is ponsored by Deo Ca Group.

Teachers and students of the Kindergarten to welcome Major General Le Quoc Hung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, a native of Phong Dien, to attend the ceremony. Representatives of the sponsor attending the ceremony were Mr. Luu Xuan Thuy - Chairman of the DCG’s Counsellor Council and Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy – the DCG’s Deputy General Director.

Representatives of Phong Dien district authority and Phong Hien commune authority were also present at the ceremony.

For many years, Phong Hien 1 Kindergarten has made constant efforts in teaching and achieved many high achievements. Ms. Ho Thi Hien - Principal of the Kindergarten said: “Currently, the school has 355 children/11 classrooms, the number of students still is increasing. The students have had to study in makeshift classrooms. In fact, the number of children in each classroom has been overloaded so it is unable to meet their needs for eating, sleeping, learning and playing in the best way. Besides, there are still many other children who are old enough to go to kindergarten have not gone to kindergaten yet because of the lack of classrooms”.

Groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of two classrooms in Phong Hien 1 Kindergarten sponsored by DCG

Understanding the difficult situation of Phong Hien I Kindergarten and at the same time responding to the School Solidification Program, DCG sponsored the construction of two classrooms. Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy shared: “DCG always focuses on social security, for example, supporting localities negatively affected by natural disasters and difficult households. As well as this, we have sponsored education in many difficult localities throughout the country”.

Through the success of many key national projects, the DCG has not only contributed to bringing practical life values ​​to society but also affirmed its capacity and reputation in the field of transport infrastructure. DCG, desiring to devote to the future of the country, has participated in the construction of classrooms in order to complete spacious classrooms with full facilities. Therefore, many children have been met the necessary needs for living and learning.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Bach - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phong Dien highly appreciated the sponsor and hopes that in the future, DCG will continue to accompany Phong Dien to carry out other social security activities to contribute to the strong development of his hometown.
