On December 31, 2020, in Ho Chi Minh City, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony took place between Deo Ca Group (DCG) and Hung Thinh Corporation (HTC). This event facilitated their development in the field investment and construction of infrastructure.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang – DCG’s Chairman and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung – HTC’s Chairman signed the cooperation agreement in the presence of representatives of both parties.
This agreement is towards a long-term cooperation to become a comprehensive strategic partners in the above fields to diversify products and services of the two parties. At the same time, the two parties will cooperate to study the master plan of transport infrastructure and urban development in provinces and cities in order to enhance local economic growth, contributing to the transport development of the whole country; and study the investment projects against climate change.
At the event, DCG and Hung Thinh Incons Company (HTN) - the general contractor of HTC also signed another cooperation agreement to build a sustainable growth strategy through expanding business fields to build traffic works and provide materials and construction technology. Currently, HTN is one of the top bussinesses in the construction industry in Vietnam and in top 5 leading construction businesses in. 2020 listed on HoSE.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Dong – DCG’s General Director and Mr. Tran Tien Thanh – HTN’s General Director signed the cooperation agreement in the presence of representatives of both parties.
In order to concretize the cooperation, DCG will study becoming a strategic shareholder of HTN. Besides, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang will soon run for HTN’s Board of Management and advise on planning a new development strategy for HTN to maximize the advantages of both parties in terms of human resource quality and construction technology.
In addition, DCG and HTN will share technology and experience to help HTN become a bigger company. The two parties will cooperate to bid for investment and construction of large projects. At the same time, they will study man - made building materials projects to meet their development needs in the future.
Regarding this meaningful cooperation, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung said: “The strategic cooperation between a corporation in transport infrastructure and a corporation in real estate will strengthen our powers through our products and services provided to the market in the near future. I am confident that this cooperation will lead to great transformations in the urban infrastructure development, and at the same time make great contributions to the community and the economy of the country. That is what we are always aiming at".

Opening the speech at the event, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang enthusiasticly shared: “DCG has been monopolizing in management and operation of road tunnel and leading contractors building road traffic works in Vietnam. Therefore, cooperating with other businesses to create a real estate - transportation - logistics ecosystem is inevitable. I hope that the signing of a comprehensive strategic cooperation will facilitate the relationship and the development of both parties”.

Highly appreciating this cooperation, Mr. Tran Tien Thanh said: “HTN has the strength in the field of civil construction, is the general contractor for construction of high-rise works and has been put tens of projects into operation over the years. In the near future, HTN will plan to increase its share capital to enhance its financial capacity to meet the construction progress of new projects, and also participate in bidding for projects beyond of HTC. Through this cooperation, I expect HTN to more and more sustainably develop and at the same time expand its business market”.
