On the afternoon of March 31, at Bac Hai Van toll station Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dang Van Phuc - Deputy Chief of Phu Loc District Police and Deputy Head of Steering Committee 138, presented certificates of merit from the Chairman of the District People's Committee to a collective and individuals with outstanding achievements in fighting and preventing crime in the district.

Mr. Dang Van Phuc highly appreciated the coordination of Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HHV), Hai Van Tunnel Management and Operation Enterprise, and Bac Hai Van toll station. They have always supported the police force in fighting and preventing crime in the district. Significantly they contributed to holding a group of people captive who illegally arrested people at the Bac Hai Van Toll Station on the evening of March 16, 2022.

Mr. Dang Van Phuc awarded the award decision of the Chairman of the District People's Committee to the collective of Bac Hai Van Toll Station and two individuals, Mr. Luong Hai - a member of the Steering Committee of HHV Da Nang branch, and Mr. Nguyen Truong Vu - a member of the People's Protection Team of Lap An street, Lang Co town.
