On March 4, 2021, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Deo Ca Group visited Mr. Duong Mac Thang, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee at his home in Minh Tam commune, Nguyen Binh district, Cao Bang province.

On the New Year occasion, Chairman of Deo Ca Group wished former Secretary Duong Mac Thang and his family always healthy, hope that he will continue to contribute valuable and practical experiences for the development of Cao Bang province. Here, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang once again affirmed his determination to complete Dong Dang – Tra Linh expressway together with Cao Bang province.

Mr. Duong Mac Thang expressed his concern about the construction of Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway, to complete and put the road into service still face many difficulties.

Cao Bang - Vietnam's revolutionary land, the 2nd hometown of Uncle Ho, where there is the highest proportion of ethnic minorities in the country, is the North “fence” of the country with hundreds of kilometers of borderline. Cao Bang really needs attention from the Central government to upgrade the road system, remove the bottleneck that has hindered the development for a long time.

With the determination of Cao Bang’s authorities at all levels, the consensus of the ethnic minorities and especially the commitment of Deo Ca Group, Mr. Duong Mac Thang believes that Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway project will succeed before long. “My wish is to go on Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway, even once”, Mr. Duong Mac Thang said.

At the groundbreaking ceremony of this route held on October 3, 2020, Mr. Duong Mac Thang gave a very emotional speech when saying that for “ A Cao Bang which no one equal”, I believe that only a convenient traffic system could bring Cao Bang to a bright future. As a citizen of Cao Bang, I would like to send a message from the ethnic minorities to the leaders of the Party and State about the desire to be more conveniently connected to all parts of the country”.

At the end of the cordial meeting, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang invited Mr. Duong Mac Thang to visit the traffic works that Deo Ca Group has been building at the appropriate time, Mr. Duong Mac Thang happily accepted the invitation.
