On September 10, 2022, in Binh Thuan province, the Ministry of Transport launched the emulation movement "120 days technical traffic opening of 4 expressway projects: Mai Son - National Highway 45, Cam Lo - La Son, Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet, Phan Thiet - Dau Giay". The ceremony was attended by Thang Long PMU and contractors (including Deo Ca Group).
Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh and leaders of the Ministry of Transport witnessed the signing ceremony of the emulation contract.
Thang Long PMU and contractors showed their determination to bring the component projects to essential completion and be eligible for technical traffic opening by the end of 2022.
Mr. Ho Dinh Chung - General Director of Deo Ca Group affirmed that launching this movement is necessary to encourage constructors in the phase of projects preparing to finish.
The movement represents the involvement of ministries, departments, and localities with projects to ensure the progress and quality of the works in the current storm of construction material prices.
The representative of Deo Ca Group - the leading unit of the 12-XL consortium, Mai Son - National Highway 45 project, said that to achieve the current progress, Deo Ca has always been an initiative in people, equipment, and supplies.
"Deo Ca Group is confident of achieving the committed milestones and will always accompany the constructors to complete the project." - the General Director of Deo Ca Group said.
In the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh also highly appreciated localities, PMUs, and contractors for overcoming difficulties in implementing the project.
However, the remaining workload is enormous, and the construction time is only nearly four months in the rainy season weather conditions, which requires the relevant units to make maximum effort to complete the work.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh hopes the movement will create an enthusiastic atmosphere for units to complete soon technical traffic opening of 4 North-South expressway component projects as scheduled.
