In order to enhance the epidemic prevention for employees against the complicated and unpredictable situation of the Covid-19, the Group's leaders have ordered the subsidiaries in the system to seriously equip fully body temperature meters, disinfectant, and arrange people at the entrance/exit doors to strictly perform body temperature measuring, disinfectant and wearing mask for both employees and visitors when entering offices.

Specifically, the notice of the Personnel & Administration Department issued on March 1, 2020, requires people working in positions which usually contact with customers such as receptionists, security guards and toll booth staffs,.. are compulsory to wear masks properly according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health, do not shakes hands. The notice also requires all employees to wash their hands with soap and clean water before going to work, after breaks, before and after eating, before and after food preparation, after using the toilet, after when coughing, sneezing, when hands are dirty and after direct contact with customers.

If anyone finds himself or a person in the company or a visitos showing signs of fever or cough, shortness of breath, he / she must immediately notify the direct leader and invite these people to the reception and security room to isolate and take he / she to the nearest Public health station for examination, counseling and treatment.

Before, on Saturday (February 29, 2020), Deo Ca Group signed contract with epidemiological units to spray disinfectact for all of the offices in the system. It is expected that disinfectant spraying will be carried out on weekends in March 2020.
