From July 29 to August 3, 2019, at Bac Giang - Lang Son Project Management Unit (Huu Lung district, Lang Son province), Deo Ca Group provided a training course on corporate culture, behavior & communication skills and charging techniques for the employees. This is the necessary stage for putting the Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway into operation in early 2020.
The training subjects were 161 people chosen from more than 200 candidates in the recruitment process held a few days earlier.
The objective of this training program is for employees to master the knowledge, professional skills, industrial manners in order to effectively perform the job and well serving customer.
The learners was introduced and discussed about corporate culture, roles, functions, behavioral skills and guidance on toll collection activities by Dr. Nguyen Van Sang, DCG Deputy General Director and Mr. Hoang Phung Bao, Head of IT Department directly takes the class.
Dr. Nguyen Van Sang said: "The method of training course is "Practice makes perfect", combining theory and practice, direct interaction between lecturers and students and between students with peers, discussing about different practical situations and assumptions regarding the thematic scope. Sharing experiences and illustrative examples, exchanging & discussing in groups, case studying, role-playing, question and answer,etc. The vivid lessons have brought excitement and achieved high academic results for the learners".
Around the middle of the week after theoretical training, the company will arrange practical practice for the learners at charging station.
Reportedly, on the date 12, 13, 14 of next August, they will conduct the second recruitment and training program with about 60 candidates, in which priority is given to employees of the Group system.
