On March 19, 2022, in Binh Dinh, Deo Ca Group (DCG) held a talk show on human resource development. The talk show was attended by typical lecturers and students from 15 universities, colleges, and vocational schools. During the event, the Board of Directors (BOD) of DCG introduced DCG to students to strengthen the cooperation relationship in training and to supply human resources for DCG.
Overview of the talk show
Chairman Ho Minh Hoang gave the opening speech and affirmed the importance of human resources: "Money can be borrowed, but culture and human resources must be built and developed."

On behalf of the BOD, General Director Ngo Truong Nam and Deputy General Director Nguyen Quang Huy talked about the prospects of the transport infrastructure industry and the future human resource needs of DCG. As expected, the construction and the installation in 2022 - 2025 is worth up to 38,700 billion VND, including 300km of expressways, 25km of bridges, 9km of tunnels through mountains, and M&E construction.
Mr. Ngo Truong Nam introduced the management model "Managing people - Managing affairs - Managing profits."
DCG has prepared plans to attract human resources of equivalent scale to meet the enormous workload in the coming time. It is expected that by 2025, DCG will have more than 10,000 employees. DCG has cooperated with universities, colleges, and vocational schools that train professionals suitable to the recruitment needs of DCG.

DCG leaders and students had lively exchanges during the talk show. Mr. Ho Minh Hoang directly answered many questions from students and frankly shared with them about learning and life skills.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho - Chairman of the Council of National Economics University, said that DCG's achievements show that Vietnamese people have also built world-class works.
"We look forward to continuing to cooperate with DCG to contribute to the success of DCG and bring real values to the people.", Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho shared.
At the event, DCG signed cooperation agreements with six universities, including The University of Danang - University of Science and Technology, Central College of Transport No. 5, Quy Nhon University, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, and University Of Transport Technology and Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport. The cooperation aims to enhance the quality of training and job opportunities for students, closely linking training with social needs.

The contest to learn about DCG (in the talk show) created an opportunity for students to show their understanding of DCG and interact with each other and with DCG employees.

The contest, including presentations, cultural performances, and question-answering, took place excitingly and impressively. The students performed excellently and received fair evaluations from the jury. The awards include the First, Second, and Third Prizes, the Best Artistic Performance Award, and the Best Individual Award. The prize is desirable; the first prize is worth up to 100 million VND. The contest results will be announced on Gala night. The first prize went to the fishing team, the second prize went to the bird shooting team, and the third prize went to the plowing team.
