On January 30 - 31, 2021, in Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province, Deo Ca Group held meeting to sum up the year 2020 and set out plan for 2021. Accordingly, the message of 2021 was proposed by the Chairman of the Board: “Aspiration - Dedication - Sharing”.

Attending the summary activities were the Board of Management, Advisory Council, Executive Boards, Specialized Boards and typical employees of 2020. Because of the reappearance of Covid-19, the representatives of projects in the epidemic area could not be present.
On January 30, 2021, the Board of Management held an internal meeting to evaluate the personnel at the Board of Management and 3 General Directors as well as the Specialized Boards of Deo Ca Group. On the direction of Chairman Ho Minh Hoang: “To describe the pragmatic picture, talk less about the success, go deep into personal shortcomings to overcome”, the members frankly pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of themselves and their colleagues.
Also in this meeting, Chairman Ho Minh Hoang directed the key members to analyze and set out specific plans for each production force.
On January 31, 2021, the Group’s 2020 year-end ceremony officially started. The reports of the Board of Management and the Board of Directors showed that Deo Ca Group has completed projects as expected by party “A” of the contract, implementing restructuring management system, connecting with corporations with different strengths.
In the common context of the country and the world when faced with COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 is a year with many difficulties and challenges. Until today, this pandemic still has many potential risks to public health and negative impacts on the country's economy.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang affirmed that Deo Ca Group will operate with “Centralized growth” strategy, promoting “Deo Ca people” spirit in transport infrastructure projects. The assignment of 3 main production forces for short term, medium term and long term in recent years have brought very positive results, and this method to approach problem, model and spirit of action in the coming year 2021 will be implemented with higher determination, expected to achieve better results.
In 2020, Deo Ca Group has connected Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway in Tien Giang province and completed Hai Van 2, the longest road tunnel in Southeast Asia connecting Hue and Da Nang. The year 2020 is also the year that Deo Ca Group made a strong mark in the mission of transport infrastructure development, together with Cao Bang province broke ground Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway project, being the general contractor of Cua Luc 1, Cua Luc 3 bridges and the sea boundary project in Quang Ninh, being the contractor of My Thuan - Can Tho expressway, Cam Lo - La Son expressway, My Thuan 2 bridge and Mai Son – National road 45 expressway, being the investor of Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway project. Along with that, Deo Ca has made important research and proposals, the opportunity to develop expressways in the provinces of Ca Mau, Ben Tre and Lam Dong become more realistic than ever.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said: “The things to be done in 2020 and the successful decade journey of Deo Ca Group are very proud, but I do not allow us to stand back and become complacent”.
We will fulfill our “Aspiration” by continuing to work on difficult projects. “Deo Ca people” will show up where transport infrastructure is still weak, the people's lives are still difficult such as Cao Bang with Dong Dang - Tra Linh, Ca Mau with Bac Lieu - Ca Mau, ... these poor localities are desperate for expressway to awaken the potentials and opportunities for economic development.
We “dedicate” by choosing a suitable way to face challenges from the outside and the internal management method, diffuse differences by aspirations, wills, bravery, ability to act, to overcome difficulties and relentless working and creativity. We will contribute more to the improvement of the policy mechanism, perfecting PPP law, creating a better and more effective investment environment, replacing the old management methods are obstructing many valuable resources of the country, thereby contributing to opening new perceptions of new governance, thereby establishing and perfecting new mechanisms and new institutions.
Determining that if want to go far, go together, we continue to make use of external resources by “sharing” with partners things that belong to their strengths and forte. With the suitable ways of cooperation, from partner relationship, now we have strong contractors such as Deo Ca 368, Deo Ca Huy Hoang ... Especially, we have had important cooperation with Hung Thinh Group, the South Central Group, Phuong Trang ... they are all leading enterprises in their fields of activity from real estate, aquaculture, transportation services ... to create a complete service supply chain, work together to fulfill our mission “surely we need each other to go all the way for a prosperous Vietnam tomorrow”.
With a Group that always actively chooses difficult work to define itself like Deo Ca, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang requires the leaders to always look at the individual and common weaknesses and shortcomings, define risk factors to overcome by specific action programs.
