Mr. Pham Tu Son, born in 1969, was a member of Deo Ca Group, working at the Bao Bien tunnel project connecting Ha Long city and Cam Pha city - the Bao Bien tunnel project in Quang Ninh province. On 11/11/2021, Mr. Son suffered a stroke during the break and passed away. Mr. Son left behind a young wife and son. Ms. Dung's situation is relatively difficult because she does not have a stable job.
