Purchasing shares of Deoca Group Joint Stock Company was not an act to assist Duong’s money laundering case, and not involved in Duong’s act of money laundering.
On 14th March, Security Investigation Agency of Phu Tho Province Public Security filed a document to Deoca Group Joint Stock Company to respond that such company did not involve in defendant Nguyen Van Duong’s act of money laundering, who was known as “boss” in gambling network up to trillion.
According to that implement the motion of Phu Tho Province People’s Court at first-instance case on November 30th, 2018 on investigating whether Deoca Group’s share is involved to defendant Nguyen Van Duong’s act of money laundering or not”.
Afterward, Deoca Group Joint Stock Company also files a motion to clarify information on newspaper on reflecting stated above motion content of the court.

In the progress of investigation, Security Investigation Agency and People’s Procuracy of Phu Tho Province had mutually agreed and confirmed that Deoca Group Joint Stock Company signed a share purchasing contract with Nguyen Van Duong at UDIC Investment Joint Stock Company.
Purchasing shares was not an act to assist Nguyen Van Duong in money laundering. Deoca Group Joint Stock Company did not involve in Duong’s act of money laundering.
In respect of decision of Phu Tho Province People’s Court requested Deoca Group Joint Stock Company to submit an amount of 59,787 billion VND, an amount the company had paid for Nguyen Van Duong’s shares but still not paid. March 14th, 2019 the company paid the stated above amount to account of Phu Tho Civil Judgement Enforcement Sub-department, fulfilled the Court’s decision.
