On the morning of March 13, the assistant team of the Steering Committee of the Expressway Project Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) held a meeting to evaluate the progress and implementation plan of the project. Attending were leaders of provincial departments and agencies and representatives of Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company.

Up to now, the Department of Planning and Investment has completed the appraisal report of project proposal and submitted to the Prime Minister for approval of investment policy; At the same time, submitted to the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Finance to appraise capital sources, the ability to balance central budget capital and allocate capital sources for project implementation. The provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 31 on the plan of public investment capital in 2020 in Cao Bang province, in which allocating VND 100 billion from the local budget and VND 130.5 billion from the central budget. The Ministry of Planning and Investment has issued a report on capital appraisal and the ability to balance capital for the project. Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company proactively implemented feasibility study report in order to shorten the time to prepare the project: completing the flycam recording of the entire expressway and the route connecting to Cao Bang city; completed 95% of the topographic and hydrological surveys; 90% of the geological and structural surveys; 95% of the resistor measurement survey; complete the material mines survey. Regarding site clearance, the investor has instructed the consultancy firm to complete 2nd the dossier on the segment of site clearance to deploy in Hoa An, Quang Uyen, Tra Linh and Cao Bang city.
The representative of Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company emphasized that the implementation of the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Project is one of the company's key tasks this year, suggest the province to put the implementing the Expressway Project into the Provincial Party Congress Document; consolidating and adjusting the composition of the Assistant Team; soon arranging the working office location for the Board of Directors of the Dong Dang (Lang Son) – Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Project; promoting the propaganda about the project.
The meeting discussed and agreed on a number of tasks that need to be implemented in the coming time such as: promoting propaganda, developing a communication scenarios about about the meaning, importance, progress of the project; advising the Steering Committee to consolidate and supplement members of the Assistant team; reviewing and establishing channels to work with the Government Office, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Ministry of Finance to accelerate the approval of the investment policy.
