After being completed, Dong Dang - Tra Linh is expected to be the expressway with the most gorgeous architecture in Vietnam.
The People's Committee of Cao Bang province has just issued the decision on choosing the architectural plan for Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Project. Accordingly, the selected plan was made by the consultants consortium including A2Z Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company and ADA Design Consulting Joint Stock Company.
The representative of the People's Committee of Cao Bang said that this architectural plan achieves many criteria such as: creativity, uniqueness, modernity and local character. The consultants consortium impressed through images on the project’s tunnel exits, such as: Mau Son mountain (Lang Son), Dong Khe victory monument (Cao Bang), Ban Gioc waterfall and mountains.
The viaducts across the valley are designed with bold national identity in Cao Bang. The intersections into the city are placed statues of King Quang Trung, King Tran Hung Dao and the images of lotus and ethnic musical intrument.
“After being completed, Dong Dang - Tra Linh is expected to be the expressway with the most gorgeous architecture in Vietnam”, the representative of the People’s Committee of Cao Bang said.

Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Project has a length of about 115 km, 4 lanes. It is designed with a speed of 80 km/h and has the total construction investment amount of about 20.939 billion VND. The project is devided into two phases, including the first phase from 2020 to 2024 and the second one after 2025.
The project is invested under the PPP method by the People's Committee of Cao Bang, which is the competent agency. On the first phase, total construction investment amount is about 12.546 billion VND, including: 5.000 billion VND of the State budget capital (the central budget: 2.500 billion VND, the local budget: 2.500 billion VND) and 7.546 billion VND of the invertor equity and commercial loans.
