Regarding the handling of applications for licenses to exploit minerals as building materials, the Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee requested departments, agencies, and localities to actively speed up the processing of mining license applications, especially for material mines in Phuoc Huu and Phuoc Vinh communes, Ninh Phuoc district, proposed by the Investor in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 60/NQ-CP and 133/NQ-CP of the Government.

At the same time, the leader of Ninh Thuan province also assigned the Ninh Thuan Department of Construction to proactively provide periodic price announcements of construction materials according to regulations to investors and handle related issues to advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct. price control of construction materials in the province.

Also in this conference, the Deputy Prime Minister requested local authorities and relevant agencies to urgently direct local departments, agencies to minimize the time taken to process licensing and mineral extraction procedures construction materials, ensuring sufficient supply of materials for the project's construction in accordance with the Government's direction in Resolution No. 60/NQ-CP, promptly and fully promulgating the appropriate construction price index in line with the reality of market fluctuations and the nature of the project and take full responsibility before the Government and the Prime Minister for the progress of site handover.

Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway project is 78.5km long, phase 1 invests in a scale of 4 lanes, 17m roadbed, design speed 80km/h. The project has a total investment capital of 8,925 billion VND by Deo Ca Group as the representative of the investor consortium. Up to now, the project has arranged enough capital including equity capital and other mobilized capital to carry out the construction.
