On March 7, 2024, in Da Nang, the DEOCA Group and Dong A University signed a cooperation agreement to establish the DEOCA Practical Training Institute.

The goal of cooperation is to train top-quality human resources for DEOCA Group and the transportation industry by leveraging the parties' capabilities, experience, resources, and facilities.

DEOCA Group and Dong A University agreed to establish DEOCA Practical Training Institute under Dong A University, with DEOCA Group appointing key leaders to the Founding Council and Executive Board. The DEOCA Practical Training Institute will blend DEOCA Group's traffic project expertise with Dong A University's training proficiency. Students will receive hands-on training in transportation utilizing cutting-edge techniques and technology.

DEOCA Practical Training Institute, set to launch in April 2024, will offer diverse training courses from practical engineers to graduate and research levels, prioritizing Dong A University students, DEOCA Group personnel, and partners.

They agreed to set up a Dong A University branch in Binh Duong province to train practical engineers for DEOCA Group and partners, as well as for the domestic transportation industry.

DEOCA Group aims to establish DEOCA University to train high-quality human resources for the transportation industry, building on DEOCA Research and Training Institute and DEOCA Practical Training Institute.
