On the morning of September 5th in Muong Tip commune of Nghe An province, the opening for the 2026-2027 school year of Muong Ai Kindergarten took place, marking the official operation of the new school after nearly a year of construction. DEOCA Group is the unit that directly implemented the construction.

Commencing in October 2025, Muong Ai Kindergarten was built with eight main classrooms, two specialized classrooms along with an administrative building, a collective kitchen, an outdoor playground, and a functional room system that serves the learning, playing, caring, and nurturing of children.
Muong Tip is a mountainous commune in the western border of Nghe An province, where the lives of residents face many difficulties and conditions to access educational and medical services remain limited. The specific terrain and weather also posed many challenges during the construction process.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Thai, Director of the project management board, stated that the area surrounding the construction site is sparsely populated, the access roads frequently experience landslides, and the supply of materials faced difficulties at certain times. Prolonged rain and the hot, dry Foehn wind in the summer also affected the construction organization process.
“We needed to be proactive in material preparation while closely coordinating with units and local authorities during the implementation process. Although the execution conditions faced many obstacles, the project was completed in August 2026, which met the proposed schedule”, Mr. Nguyen Truong Thai said.
The completion of the project before the 2026-2027 school year helps the locality have a more spacious educational facility, which improves the conditions for caring, nurturing, and educating children in the border region.

Mrs. Le Hai, the Principal of Muong Ai Kindergarten, stated that the new facilities help the school more conveniently organize educational, caring, and nurturing activities for children, where teachers have better working conditions and students can learn, play, and participate in activities in an age-appropriate space.

The completion of Muong Ai Kindergarten continues a series of social welfare projects implemented by the Ministry of Public Security in disadvantaged localities where DEOCA Group participated with its resources and implementation organization experience.

Each project has a different scale, implementation condition, and target beneficiary but all aim to improve the learning environment for children in areas facing many difficulties.
In Muong Ai, the value of the new school is demonstrated through practical aspects including spacious classrooms, a convenient kitchen, a safe playground, and better working conditions for teachers. From those foundations, children in the western border of Nghe An province have more conditions to study, play, and develop in their early years.
