Every new year event Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, Deoca Group Chairman of the Board always had a message, to orient, determine ideal, responsibility to officers, workers and staff in his system. In this year, through Tien Phong newspaper, the head of Deoca Group wished to send “Vision and passion” message.

Deoca Group Chairman of the Board Ho Minh Hoang stated that Deoca could accomplish many achievements as today, it was thanked to each person in the system, who had trained, made effort and developed tirelessly. In particular, head of the system also paid attention and put much effort to train key officers, always thought highly teamwork and cooperation, sharing spirit in accordance with specific missions from time to time.
Currently, the Group was in the progress of “Re-structuring” system.
On that basis, leading person of Deoca Group had set 5 factors including: mission, benefit, change, weakness, motivation. “Mission” means implication of organization, training, testing adaptability. “benefit” means acknowledge rights and benefits for recognizable contributions. “change” means the progress of sharing, elimination, supplement, “weakness” means existing weak points and finally gave “motivation” to the next generation.
Year 2018 continued to be a successful year of Deoca, when this the Group put Cu Mong tunnel (Binh Dinh – Phu Yen) prior to 2,5 months in comparison to the plan so. By that releasing the last mountain pass route of coastal central of Vietnam. At the same time, Bac Giang – Lang Son, Huu Nghi – Chi Lang highway routes were implementing construction. Not stopping at that point, Deoca begun the first steps in investing and building 2 material highway routes. Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang), Trung Luong – My Thuan (Tien Giang).
For Deoca to develop into a new height, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang requested his personnel to hold an open mind with passion to advance sharply, selecting college, particularly “motivating” the inherit generation, preparing to uphold mission if required by the country.

How to build a vision and passion …?
Vision, it was not a person standing at which place or position in organization, it was not forceful, evading responsibility and taking advantage of the opportunities for personal interest, such vision needed to be shown by actual results.
Vision had to be measured through qualification in actual situation of each person, it is an overview level, it is a “far-sighted” observation, evaluation and work management; but also in each person also needed to be self-aware as who we are, where I was standing in the organization, what was my personal qualification and strong points?
Right vision equal to right foresight, evaluation and analysis corrected to adapt flexibly, intelligently, able to avoid risks and developed collective strength to achieve accomplishment.
It is theoretically. However, vision without action, passion to advance sharply, not turning such passion to actual action, motivation to improve, the “vision” of such person could only exist as “decoration”, a short and passing memory.
The message in 2019 of Deo Ca is “Passion!” It must be specific actions, works that must be completed with the best result. Each firm step, Deoca shall perform its commitments, constructions on the schedule, bringing best economic efficiency for the enterprise and bringing happiness for Vietnamese people and Vietnam as a higher goal.
The journey to glory shall have no place for persons without faith, motivation to devote, no place for unsuitable.
