On September 29, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation went to check the construction progress of Cua Luc 1 and Cua Luc 3 bridges.

Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee inspected the construction progress of Cua Luc Bridge 1.

Carrying out the peak emulation phase of 100 days and nights, the Cua Luc 1 bridge construction site is currently implementing 4 consecutive constructions at construction items with the number of manpower and equipment twice as much as before.
Up to now, the main bridge section is designed in the form of a concrete-filled steel pipe arch with 6 motorized lanes, 33.1m wide, 290m long, has been completed concreting the main segments and bridge deck. The 90m and 60m aperture steel arches have also been installed and painted. Particularly for the two outer steel arches with an aperture of 40m, the construction unit is striving for completion in October 2021.
For the construction project of Cua Luc 3 bridge, up to now, the execution volume has reached over 22% of the package value. The project investor, the Investment Management Board for the construction of civil and industrial works, has also completed the procedures for converting the forest use purpose to deploy the bridge and road section located in Thong Nhat commune.

Speaking at the inspection, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation recognized and appreciated the efforts of the investor as well as the construction unit in the process of implementing the project. He asked relevant departments and branches and Ha Long City to join hands to remove obstacles in the implementation process, especially those related to construction ground, arrangement of backfill earth sources, to ensure the completion of the project. In particular, the goal of completing and putting Cua Luc 1 bridge into use in 2021.
For the Cua Luc 3 bridge project, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that during the implementation process, the construction unit must minimize the impact on mangrove forests in the area and ensure the environmental landscape after the project is completed and put into use.

On the same day, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected the work of land exploitation for construction and ground leveling of Thanh Cong Ha Long supporting industry complex project in Hoanh Bo ward, Hanoi City. Through the actual inspection, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee asked the relevant departments and branches and Ha Long City to review the licensing as well as the land exploitation activities of enterprises in this project. On that basis, it is recommended to adjust the exploitation plan to both limit the impact on the landscape and environment, create ground to serve socio-economic development projects after the exploitation is finished; At the same time, ensure the reserve of land to serve key infrastructure investment projects that will be implemented in the coming time.
