TCDN - At the meeting, Quang Ninh province expected Deo Ca Group would support and coordinate in the construction of Van Don - Mong Cai expressway project.
Quang Ninh Provincial People Committee (PPC) has had a meeting with Deo Ca Group to listen to their solutions and advice for implementing some key projects and constructions in the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of Quang Ninh PPC Nguyen Van Thang briefly introduced the innovations of Quang Ninh in the past time. In particular, he emphasizes the breakthroughs and pioneering in piloting and deploying new models. However, new factors will appear in the province's development plan in the coming time, setting stronger and better requirements.
Therefore, it is necessary to change with the perspective of closely linking between areas and fields, from industrial parks, seaports and economic zones to form a development chain. In which, the province will give priority to the infrastructure development, especially transport infrastructure, creating new clean land fund and fiscal space.
At present, Van Don-Mong Cai expressway project is facing many difficulties and obstacles
Notably, Van Don - Mong Cai Expressway Project was started in early April 2019 with a total investment of nearly VND 11,000 billion. The project has about 80km long and 25.25m wide with 4 lanes, adjusted maximum speed up to 120km/h. The starting point is connected with Ha Long - Van Don expressway, passing through Van Don, Tien Yen, Dam Ha and Hai Ha districts and connected to the leading road of Bac Luan II Bridge (Mong Cai City). It is expected that Van Don - Mong Cai Expressway will be put into operation in 2021. However, the project is currently facing some difficulties and obstacles.
With practical experience from implementing and removing obstacles for a number of difficult projects throughout the country, Chairman of Quang Ninh PPC hopes that Deo Ca Group would accompany and support Quang Ninh to carry out key projects. Especially participating in the construction of Van Don - Mong Cai expressway which is being concerned in Quang Ninh and looking forward to completion soon.

The representative of Deo Ca Group introduced some projects that they have participated in consulting and implementing which have similarities with the projects are investing by Quang Ninh province. At the same time, Deo Ca conduct review and evaluation of the implementation process of Van Don - Mong Cai expressway project as proposed by the province.
Conducting comparisons, identify the difficulties that the project is facing to provide solutions and advise on solving plans in order to speed up the progress of the construction; ensuring the implementation of state regulations on investment and exploitation.
Conclusing the meeting, the Chairman of Quang Ninh PPC highly appreciated the suggestions and advice of Deo Ca Group in the development plan of key projects in Quang Ninh, especially the specific suggestions for Van Don - Mong Cai expressway.
Quang Ninh’s leaders expect Deo Ca Group and the joint venture of Van Don - Mong Cai expressway investors will have close cooperation and mutual assistance in development. Particularly, taking part in consulting to deploy Van Don - Mong Cai expressway soon to complete as planned by the province.
