On October 1, at Pac Bo Special National Monument, Truong Ha commune (Ha Quang), Deo Ca Group cooperated with the Provincial People's Committee to hold the launching ceremony of the movement “Implementing Uncle Ho's Will - Joining hands to build Cao Bang” to celebrate the 520th anniversary of the establishment of Cao Bang Province and 50th anniversary of Implementing Uncle Ho's Will and 69th aniversary of Cao Bang Liberation Day. Attending the launching ceremony were comrades: Dam Viet Ha - Member of Permanent Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Dua - Member of the Permanent Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Trung Thao, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leader of Ha Quang district.

Responding to the provincial appeal letter to join hands to build Cao Bang and Official Letter No.3276/UBND-TH dated September 18, 2019 of the Provincial People's Committee on mobilizing support joining hands to build Cao Bang, record practical achievements to celebrate the 520th anniversary of the establishment of Cao Bang Province and 50th anniversary of Implementing Uncle Ho's Will and 69th Cao Bang Liberation Day, Deo Ca Group has launched the movement “Implementing Uncle's Will - joining hands in building Cao Bang” to managers and employees in the Group. From September 24 to 30, over 5,000 managers, workers and employees of Deo Ca Group have donated 1 day's salary with the total amount of VND1 billion to support Cao Bang province to build Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway.
