Cua Luc 3 is in the chain of three Cua Luc bridges connecting the South and North areas of Ha Long City through Cua Luc Bay. This is a key traffic project of the province, which was invested immediately after Hoanh Bo has been merged into Ha Long. After more than 4 months of construction, the project is being accelerated with 4 construction teams, determined to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
Cua Luc 3 Bridge crossing Dien Vong River has a length of 2.6km including main bridge, leading road and leading bridge... with 6 lanes. The first point connecting the main road of FLC urban area in Ha Khanh ward , the end point intersects with National Road 279, in Thong Nhat commune, Ha Long city.
Currently, the contractors are focusing on construction of bored piles in the middle of the river.
At Ha Khanh ward, the construction brigade of Deo Ca contractor is focusing on constructing M1 abutment.
At Hoanh Bo side, the construction brigades of Thinh Phat contractor is carrying out the construction of road foundation treatment.

In order to speed up the progress, there are 4 brigades constructing at the same time.
Construction work was carried out in all 3 shifts with the determination to complete the work in the second quarter of 2022.
