On July 13th, Deoca Group Joint Stock Company cooperated with People’s Committee of Lang Co Town to organize a meeting, giving gifts to families under preferential treatment policy, families in difficult situation.
Deoca Group Joint Stock Company leadership and Lang Co Town leadership visited, gave gifts to Ms. Nho Thi Lo.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Dong, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Huong, Deputy general director of Deoca Group, with Lang Co Town leadership directly came to families deserving credits for contributing to the revolution, elderly people to visit and give gifts to them.
Ms. Ngo Thi Lo, 87 years old, who was a revolutionary soldier, she was captured and exiled, in this year she was nearly 60 Party years old, her family was under clearance site for Hai Van 2 tunnel construction. After initializing to handover site area and moving to new location, Ms. Ngo Thi Lo currently has a new life in a large house in re-location area not so far away from old location. Ms. Ngo Thi Lo moved to tears, thanked Deoca Group, local authorities of Lang Co Town had come to her house to visit and give gift by hand.
Far from Ms. Ngo Thi Lo’s house a distance, it was an establishment of Mr. Nguyen Van Can’s family (84 years old). Mr. Nguyen Van Can had been honored to be awarded by the Party and State, including Resistance Order Ribbon – Rank 1 and he had just awarded with Medal for 55 Party year-old. Mr. Can shared that he was moved when he saw Hai Van tunnel passing through the mountain construction finished. Following that was changes of his home land after Hai Van tunnel was put into operation.
Mr. Nguyen Van Can was moved after Deoca Group Joint Stock Company leadership and Lang Co Town leadership directly came, visited and gave gifts to him at his house.
“When our Government prepares to excavate a tunnel passing through Hai Van mountain (Hai Van tunnel), I wonder how long it will take to complete, and hope to stay alive until that moment to witness such construction. In 2005, I have already passed through the tunnel. It is miraculous. Lang Co peoples will be benefited from this construction firstly”, Mr. Nguyen Van Can shared.
Mr. Can with tear in his eyes stated that he had to furtherly thank Deoca for providing clean water to his family and neighboring houses, in the recent years.
On the same day (July 13th), Deoca Group Joint Stock Company had cooperated with People’s Committee of Lang Co Town to organize a meeting for exchanging, giving gifts to all families under preferential treatment policy, families in difficult situation in Lang Co Town area at People’s Committee of Lang Co Town’s Hall.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Deputy chairman of Lang Co Town People’s Committee, shared that the area consisting of 76 families and individuals under preferential treatment policy, including 8 war invalids, honoring 6 relatives revering Vietnamese heroic mother , 35 families and relative revering patriotic martyrs, 11 persons deserving credits for contributing to the revolution, 11 persons with orange agent poisoning, 11 persons with chemical poisoning, 5 persons participating in the revolution and exiled.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Dong, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Deoca Group, Director of Hai Van tunnel management board claimed: in addition of building constructions, Deoca Group Joint Stock Company has always cared for people, whose lives have been affected by the project, families under preferential treatment policy, persons deserving credits for contributing to the revolution.
Mr. Dong also shared, according to the schedule, on September 2019, Hai Van would break through the second tunnel. The Group would like to thank families in site clearance category, who agreed to move to new residential location for people in our country to have a modern construction of the century to support economics – social, not only for Hue – Da Nang, but also Central regions of Vietnam and whole country.
