On March 6, 2020, in Ha Long City, Deo Ca Group organized a training program to improve the awareness, understanding and job-handling skills for the assistants and secretaries.

The training and evaluation program is managed and graded by the evaluation council, led by Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of Deo Ca Group and other members: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Minh Huan - Editor in Chief of the Communist Journal, Colonel Tran Anh Dung - Member of the Advisory Council, Mr. Luu Xuan Thuy - Vice Chairman of the BOM, Mr. Vu Minh Hoang - Vice Chairman of the BOM, Mr. Tran Van The - Vice Chairman of the BOM.

Assistants and secretaries of leaders from deputy general directors and above in the whole Deo Ca Group are divided into 3 groups. Through or in group work, or personal statements, assistants and secretaries demonstrate their knowledge and skills through answering 31 questions posed by the evaluation council.

The questionnaire revolves around four major topics: executive management model, ideology - executive tools, Group’s strategy and skills of interaction coordinate, thinking to handle situations at work and in life.

More than 7 hours of serious, open work has provided the assistants and secretaries a lot of lessons to improve working skills.

Evaluating the training session, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang was satisfied with the spirit of learning and the frank and open sharing but not really satisfied with the current capabilities of the assistant and secretary team. "These are the" data USB " of the Group, the open mind, the extended arms of the leaders, so the assistants and the secretaries must seriously study and face the shortcoming to improve your professional skills”, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said.

In the next 3 months, there will be a re-examination to re-evaluate, from which the leaders of the Group will rearrange the work of the assistants and secretaries properly to the ability of each person.
