On April 13, 2022, in Hanoi, the training department of the system held an exchange session on the content "Intergrating Deo Ca’s corporate culture - Improving working capacity" for Vietmedia company and the HR Department at Hanoi office. This content is requested by Vietmedia in the overall training plan of the Group's Executive Board.

Many new employees joining the system took part in the class. The class was divided into small groups to exchange, discuss and present information related to Deo Ca culture and work skills.

The content of the class focuses on equipping with background knowledge about Deo Ca corporate culture through "The doctrine of Three", "The Imperfect Couple", "Three People's story", "Core Values", "Real Life Math", "Zoo management mindset”, etc.
