Training to improve working capacity

On April 13, 2022, in Hanoi, the training department of the system held an exchange session on the content "Intergrating Deo Ca’s corporate culture - Improving working capacity" for Vietmedia company and the HR Department at Hanoi office. This content is requested by Vietmedia in the overall training plan of the Group's Executive Board.

Dr. Nguyen Van Sang - Assistant Chairman of the BOM directly shared knowledge and experience for more than 30 employees at the training program. Many new employees joining the system took part in the class. The class was divided into small groups to exchange, discuss and present information related to Deo Ca culture and work skills.

The content of the class focuses on equipping with background knowledge about Deo Ca corporate culture through "The doctrine of Three", "The Imperfect Couple", "Three People's story", "Core Values", "Real Life Math", "Zoo management mindset”, etc.

In addition, the program content also trains on professional communication skills, personal productivity improvement, presentation skills, teamwork skills, time management...

During the training program, Dr. Nguyen Van Sang shared: “We, the program makers, have discussed a lot about your knowledge needs. As a member of the system, we must understand the Group's culture. Through training sessions, the personnel will be equipped with an knowledge base about corporate culture, helping you to grow up and grasp the company's work faster and more efficiently”.
