On November 2, 2023, at Deoca Research and Training Institute (DCI), Deoca Group coordinated with DCI to organize a program to evaluate corporate governance training topics for members who are key leaders of the Group.
Accordingly, topics including Development Strategy, Corporate Culture and Leadership Skills presented by the groups will be evaluated based on criteria such as objectives, topic structure, content, presentation skills and interactivity. The evaluation council consists of 7 members, chaired by Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of Deoca Group.
At the beginning of the program, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang shared that during the Group's development process, Deoca always focuses on human development.

Each manager will be an "ambassador" spreading corporate culture
The topic Corporate culture is oriented to be training materials for middle-level managers of the Group. The goal is to help training subjects identify typical manifestations and apply corporate culture in managing, spreading and developing the good values of Deoca culture within the Group and outside.

Through this topic, managers recognize the corporate culture features, so that they can absorb and comply with it in their work. Furthermore, each individual promote culture in their units to create business identity and enhance the Group's competitiveness.

Which leadership skills are suitable for the development of Deoca Group?
The Leadership Skills topic helps leaders at all levels understand and apply effective leadership tasks based on the operating system and job characteristics, projects, and stages.
Mr. Khuong Van Cuong - General Director of the Group presented the content at the program
The topic uses a student-centered approach, covering leadership theory models, positions and roles, and skills for executives and departments, with a focus on review and testing.
The topic explores general leadership theories, management tools, and analyzes Deoca's unique culture, including Tam Dinh theory, zoo management thinking, stories of three people, imperfect couples, and more.

After a 4-hour presentation and discussion, the thematic groups received valuable assessments and comments from the Evaluation Council, lecturers, experts, and other agencies. Mr. Ho Minh Hoang urged the groups to record and incorporate the feedback, conduct further research, and enhance the outline.
