In addition to ensuring progress, the management board of the project package prioritizes electrical safety measures, tensioning of foundation warning wires, and monitoring water levels at bridges and culverts to ensure labor safety.
The engineers not only engage in construction work but also closely monitor weather conditions and water levels of the Song Ve River. This allows them to promptly report any changes to the Command Board and propose necessary measures for handling the situation
