Alongside its focus on effectively fulfilling production and business objectives, DEOCA people consistently regard responsibility to the community as an inseparable part of the enterprise’s sustainable development journey.

At DEOCA, “gratitude” is not merely a stated value, but one that has been translated into concrete actions and nurtured throughout the Group’s formation and growth. From this awareness, every infrastructure project built and every development undertaken by Deo Ca not only carries aspirations for national and local development, but also embodies social responsibility and deep-rooted solidarity with the communities where Deo Ca is present.

On January 21, in Da Nang City, the Trade Union of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HHV), in coordination with the local authorities of Tien Phuoc Commune, organized a ceremony to receive, care for, and provide long-term support to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ho Thi Nhan.

This meaningful activity provided an opportunity for the Deo Ca people to express profound gratitude for the silent yet immense sacrifices made by Vietnamese Heroic Mothers - those who devoted the most precious things in their lives to the independence and freedom of the nation.

Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ho Thi Nhan, born in 1924, currently resides in Tien Phuoc Commune, Da Nang City. She was awarded the title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under Decision No. 1146/QĐ-CTN dated January 31, 1997. Her husband, martyr Nguyen Hau, and her two sons, martyrs Nguyen Dien and Nguyen Dung, sacrificed their lives for the country, contributing to the independence and freedom enjoyed today.

Since January 2026, HHV has officially undertaken the long-term care of Mother Ho Thi Nhan, demonstrating sustained commitment through responsibility, compassion, and sincere affection. For Deo Ca people, gratitude is not a short-term or symbolic activity, but a persistent journey reflected through practical, meaningful, and long-lasting actions.

Alongside gratitude initiatives, DEOCA Group continues to implement social welfare programs in various localities. On the same day, in Thai Nguyen Province, the Group donated VND 2 billion to support Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026 care for poor and near-poor households, as well as disadvantaged individuals, helping to ease hardships and spread compassion within the community.
